Hi Bolinia, sorry for the delay in responding, somehow I missed seeing your post. I prefer conditioners and other hair products that are derived from natural ingredients and are free from synthetic fragrances and harsh chemicals. Some good brands are Aubrey Organics, NOW, some Jason products, California Baby, and I'm sure there are many more. I have no affiliation with these companies, these are just the ones that I know are pure.
    Hope this helps.

I love this post, I agree that all of these are excellent healthy foods and good sources of vitamin A. They also happen to be fairly low carb, which is important for people with PCOS. Thanks for sharing, Micheal.

Yes it is always a good idea to have a doctor local to you who can do a physical exam, order lab tests, etc. For problems with hair loss or excessive hair growth associated with PCOS, of course you'd want a doctor who has expertise in PCOS- that could be a gynecologist, endocrinologist, family practitioner, or naturopathic physician. If anyone is interested in finding a licensed naturopathic doctor in your area, you can visit www.naturopathic.org and click on Find an ND. Look for someone who has experience in Women's Medicine. Naturopathic medicine has MUCH to offer in the way of treating PCOS.

Yes it sure is important to try to be happy, avoid stress, and eat healthy! Back to the basics. But easier said than done, for many people.
