Apple cider vinegar helps to do a few things. It can help with digestion, reducing glucose levels and can help support detoxification. It may be the reason you are seeing some skin changes.
However, it is also important to realize that PCOS can also lead to this symptom. Elevations in testosterone, DHEA-s can lead to symptoms such as acne, excess facial and body hair and hair loss on the head.
Be sure that you are drinking plenty of water and eating a lot of green vegetables and other colors to help support detoxification.
