Abstract: Objective: The aim of this study was to show glycemic and oxidative/antioxidative status (GOAS) in rats with estradiol valerate (EV)-induced polycystic ovarian syndrome.Study design: Thirty mature female rats were randomly allocated to EV-induced PCOS, sham and control groups.
