    Hello Sam,

Thanks for posting. The fatigue often felt by women with PCOS can be due to the insulin resistance that underlies PCOS. The goal then will be to address the insulin resistance so that your body is able to utilize the glucose appropriately and reduce the insulin levels.

Other possible reasons include but not limited to: hypothyroidism, subclinical hypothyroidism (i.e., having symptoms but it is not detectable by lab work), insulin resistance, pre-diabetes and diabetes, adrenal hypofunction, systemic Candida, anemia, chronic diseases, stress, etc.

If other reasons have been ruled out, then it is likely related to the insulin resistance. But the PCOS System is designed to address the insulin resistance. Many of our customers report an increase in energy with use of the System as well. But it may be useful to evaluate for other reasons for fatigue as well.

Knowing the reasons for fatigue will help to understand how to address it, in case it is not related to the PCOS.

Lastly, exercise! Although it is difficult to find the energy to exercise, getting exercise in will actually help to increase your energy levels. If you are not already exercising, start with 3 days a week and go for a walk for 15 minutes. Then increase the time and number of days that you are exercising.

I hope that this helps. Please let me know if I can help further.
    .
    Best Wishes,
