    Smile hi I'm new here!!

    Hi everyone n Dr. Apryl,
I'm a Pcos patient battling with my weight as long as I know. I'm aware that the Insulite system is a natural medicine by naturopaths. I'm interested in this system and it'd be very helpful if I'm guided on the system and the medications I'll be needing to take. My conditions from pcos are:
    -excess hair
    -hair fall
    -obesity
    -irregular periods
    -depression
    -fatigue and dizziness
    -acne
    -skin tags
you name it. Thanks in advance

    Dear Tasneem,

I'm glad you found our website and are interested in using the Insulite PCOS System! The system is designed to address all of the issues you have mentioned and actually, if you do decide to order it, it will come complete with instructions about how to take the supplements, and guidelines for exercise and eating.

Insulin Resistance can most likely be blamed for most of the issues you're dealing with. By eating only 60-80 grams of carbohydrates and exercising regularly you should be able to become more sensitive to the insulin your body makes which will ultimately lead to needing less insulin to get the sugar in your blood into your cells.

Feel free to write again after receiving your first month of the PCOS system with any questions you have. You'll be able to read our guide online which will contain many of the details I think you are looking for.

    Best Wishes,
