My daughter is having PCOS problem. I want her to try Insulite PCOS System through my office panel doctor so that I can claim medical reimbursement. Do you have a Gyne. doctor to whom my panel doctor can refer for the treatment of my daughter? I am located in New York. So the doctor in New York area is required. If yes, please let me immediately.

Dear Mr. Badve,

Thank you for writing in to our PCOS Support Blog on behalf of your daughter.

I understand that you have already heard directly from Dr. Heather DeLuca of the Insulite Consulting & Advisory team about finding a Naturopathic physician in New York through http://www.naturopathic.org.

From your blog post, I see that you are interested in a Gynecologist so that your daughter's treatment can be covered by your health insurance.

We'd like to suggest that, in the first instance, your daughter sees an Endocrinologist for PCOS because it is a condition of the endocrine system and not the reproductive system. And through our work with the PCOS Association, we have interviewed Dr. Walter Futterweit, an endocrinologist based in Manhattan.

Here is a review of his book that was published in PCOSA Today: http://www.pcosupport.org/newsletter/articles/article122707-4.php

Additionally, Dr. Futterweit is mentioned in the current edition of PCOSA Today:
http://www.pcosupport.org/newsletter/articles/article122009-3.php

We hope this information is helpful. If we can assist you and your daughter with the Insulite PCOS System, which is a non-pharmaceutical approach to PCOS, please don't hesitate to contact us.
